I've spent the last few winters renting a condo in the Sarasota FL area for a month. This past winter while there, I became interested in possibly buying a condo since it's not easy to find a condo to rent in high season. Especially when most places like to rent out for 2-3 months minimum, which I'm not in a position where I can be gone for that amount of time. I reached out to find a real estate agent to walk through a couple different condos. Kim Papalas was the agent I was connected with. From my first meeting with Kim, I could feel I was in great hands. Kim is a very kind, thoughtful person. She strives to understand the client's needs, wants and concerns. We had some ups and downs with the first deal that had fallen apart, but Kim kept working to help me find something I liked and was in a price range that was acceptable for me. Actually, what Kim helped me find, was a better upgraded unit than the initial condo I made an offer on. Kim did an amazing job helping us find our perfect home. She is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring person. She is easy talk to, and very friendly. The first time we met her, it felt like we have always known her. She was right there with us all the way through to the closing. She made sure that all of the "I's" were dotted and the "T's" were crossed. If I could give her six stars, I would.

Kim did an amazing job in helping us find our dream vacation home in Florida. She listened to our wish list and was able to find us different options for us to consider. We are located out of state and Kim was great at working with our schedule and teaching us about the many different regions of Florida and the pros and potential cons considering our wish list and lifestyle.
